“Product fit perfectly and the directions were excellent. The cement and felt made the job easy and looks better than when it was new. A little to hot to fire up the stove but I can’t wait to see the flame clearly through the glass”

“Pretty sure you aren't going to want to post this one. I don't HAVE a view of the fire yet because due to errors on the part of you guys, myself & UPS, I still don't have the glass. Working on my end with UPS to track the package. Wish me luck!”

Hey Jim...... All reviews do get posted, Good and Bad. But since we do an excellent job, Most every one is a positive!! I understand your frustration, but as we have discussed before - if you enter in the incorrect address, we have no way of knowing its not yours. We shipped it to the address you entered. UPS delivered it to the address you entered. Everyone did exactly what you asked for. Personal responsibility will help you avoid these issues in the future.

“Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful when I ordered. Order was shipped out the same day. Received in 3 days. Ceramic glass was cut perfect and proper quantities. Glass come packaged perfect. Price is very, very reasonable. It doesn't get any better than this. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!”

“Please reword vocab when referencing "custom" cut options. Drop downs allude select choices that are available to be cut based on material and machine capability. While actually typing in custom numbers is in direct relation to a custom cut. Otherwise, wonderful customer service and even if I cannot use or return this item, cuts look clean, thank you.”
