“Ordered wood stove door gasket. First package contained only the glue. contact with company they sent the gasket. Asked company where were directions. They said there are none, look on the web. This certainly wasn't a "kit" as advertised.”

Well like we expressed, There was an issue with the shipper that several packages were opened and missing items on several orders in that time frame. Or it could be that we made a mistake on the order and just plain missed the item. In either case is was not purposeful. We immediately shipped you out a new one. On the Directions....We do not supply those because we cannot. Those kits fit several brands and models of stoves so there is no way for us to know what you are using them on. There are typically instructions in your owners manual as well as several videos and information on the web. We alway recommend referring to you Mfg specs. In the description we do not claim to have any instructions. Hope this helps you understand the situation. Mike

“The glass fit perfectly, even though my stove is over 40 years old. It arrived on time and was well packed to prevent any damage. The information provided helped to make installing the new glass easy and accurate. The price was about half of what I had expected to pay. Hey Mike, I just had seen your review and was a little confused...... you mentioned that you did not receive a gasket, but if you look at your order....you did not order a gasket??
