“This company was a godsend! I rent my home, and the fireplace glass cracked right in half. I needed to replace it immediately, And woodstove fireplace glass cut the piece I needed to size and shipped within a day! It was a perfect fit, and I am one happy customer!”

“This glass is beautiful and, replacing one with fog spots, makes a crystal clear view of my lovely fires. Even more important is the new gasket/rope which has resulted in longer burn times that are also hotter. (+20-30% on both accounts it seems). I promptly ordered new gasket/rope for the whole stove (Jøtul 3) but it seems as though it was my glass gasket that was the most permeable. All told, fast and friendly service. How nice it is to call and get a live voice. Thanks Burners!”

“glass already crack after 3rd use. I replaced rope packing on glass and door using your glue. Glas cleanre does not work and the glass is smoke covered after first use. WHy have glass if it is black. Ths never happended with the applichian orginal glass”

Sorry this happened Joe, but sounds like an installation issue. Did you watch the installed video? The symptom you are describing sounds like it was installed either too tightly or the gasket was installed incorrectly.

“Found your company through google search, Your company was in first batch under Replacement fireplace door glass and your site was easy to navigate and order from and reasonably priced. I ordered one piece using easy to follow cut size form and what impressed me was the speed in which it arrived using the free shipping option. It was perfectly cut and so for future back up I ordered 2 more pieces. If anyone ever need tempered or ceramic glass cut and shipped your the winners.”

“Great place to do business with. Purchased a replacement glass and rope for my stove. Paid for two day shipping. Came on time.
