“ordered replacement ceramic glass for a Carolina insert. When it came, the diagonal cut didn't match my unit. This was quickly resolved with a custom cut piece and a shipping label supplied to return the piece that didn't fit . I was very pleased with the curtious and efficient way this was handled.”
