“I recently received a new blower motor for my Appalachian stove. Delivery was very prompt and received in excellent condition. The packaging was definitely done by someone that knows what they are doing since they do ship glass. Just saying that the motor was packaged just as carefully. Mounting was the same as was the electrical plug. Everything fit perfectly. The bearings in the new motors are sealed bearings. Very pleased with the customer service simply can’t be any better. I will be doing business with this company for my fireplace needs in the future. 5 Star”

“Glass was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. The "how to" video was excellent and made my D.I.Y. installation smooth. I had one question about renewing the seal, left a message and recieved almost immediate callbacks from the company. I had called another company for info whose phone message basically said "call someone else with your tech questions". So I did, customer service and support means something. Woodstove Fireplace Glass was great. Oh yeah, the local "experts" sales and sevice outfit that originally did the stove installation (fairly recent) told us the glass was no longer available, simple internet search proved them wrong.”
