“Please reword vocab when referencing "custom" cut options. Drop downs allude select choices that are available to be cut based on material and machine capability. While actually typing in custom numbers is in direct relation to a custom cut. Otherwise, wonderful customer service and even if I cannot use or return this item, cuts look clean, thank you.”

“Had what I needed. Online ordering was easy. Exactly the right dimensions I ordered. Shipped the same day. Arrived packed very well. Only negative is the cost of the item, which isn't Woodstove Fire Place Glass' fault. Ceramic glass is expensive. It would have been nice for them to throw in expedited shipping on a $500 order that I needed faster than the week it would have taken for standard shipping. But I get it.”
