“What a great experience! The woman on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered an exact size of OEM glass (amber) for my older Vermont Castings Reliance heater. The order came quickly, was packed well, and the size was perfect. The new gasket was made of quality material, with adhesive for easy installation. It's so nice to have a clean and clear view into our fireplace again! Thanks very much!!!”
