“Broke my glass in the Jotul after 30 years of use on a cold evening with freezing in forecast. Ordered replacement over New Year holiday. Order confirmed the 1st,shipped the 2nd, arriving a day or two later. Service rarely seen anymore.”

“The replacement glass was a perfect fit for my stove. The instruction sheet was extremely helpful and educating, specifically telling me not to overtighten the screws due to the temperature changes that cause materials to expand and contract. The gasket that came with it made the job easy.”
