“The only reason I didn't rate my experience "Perfect" was because it wasn't a choice. I received my replacement glass one day earlier than promised. It was exactly what I needed/ordered. It was well-packaged, and when I ordered it, the person on the other end of the phone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the excellent service!!! -boone”

“I found woodstove fireplace glass online. My Harmon Woodleaf stove had broken glass. I compared prices, shipping and ease of using the website to others. I found Woodstove FIreplace to be a far better price. Their site was easy to navigate. My product arrived in four days well packaged and intact. I am pleased with the entire process. The quality of the glass exceeded my expectations.”

“Ordered this on Christmas day which was on Saturday, came to the house 3 working days later. The stove glass has a radius cut on top, and it fits the radius opening in the cast iron door perfectly, Thank you to all that made this happen!”

“I was charged for the glass tape gasket and the cement for the 3/4" gasket. Neither of these items arrived. Very frustrating when I don't receive what I ordered and paid for.”

“Fit perfect in my old Country Flame unit. Be sure you order the gasket with it. I replaced my mounting bolts with stainless but wasnt able to find replacement tabs.”

“The glass arrived intact along with other items I order and basic instructions. The glass has nice beveled edges so no fear of cutting yourself. It does not appear to just be a slab of glass just shipped out as it has a professional stamp of sort etched into the glass.”
