“We ordered a piece of glass for our wood stove and the dimensions weren’t right (out dated measurements for the model). We called and without any issue they sent us the correct size based on our measurement. A pleasure doing business with them! Hopefully I don’t break it again but, if I do I will call them.”

“The glass broke on one of our fireplace doors. I contacted Woodstove and they had the exact size glass for our fireplace. I ordered it on a Monday and received it on Thursday. I removed the old one Friday and the new piece of glass fit perfectly. Everything went smoothly from the ordering to delivery.”

“Horizontal and vertical measurements correct but curved sides are too big and and had to mount the glass at an angle to make it fit omitting the use of one of the clips. The smaler size glass would have been too small. Not happy!”
