“After a multi-chaptered comedy of errors, mostly the Post Office, WOWZA!!!!! Mike went above and beyond to make things right with my order. SUPER HAPPY with the new gasket! So sorry if the gasket was incorrect. We have re-shipped a new one to you. I did it myself to make sure it was the 1/4 gasket.

“My package arrived early!!! It came with installation instructions and was exactly what I ordered. I heat my house with wood and my glass was cracked and ready to fall apart. The new one came before that could happen. The stove looks like it did when I bought it.”

Dusty, after speaking to you on the phone, we had determined that you have ordered the incorrect type of glass. You had ordered tempered glass when you needed ceramic (high temp) glass. The installation of an incorrect product will lead to its breaking. Im sure the new replacement ceramic glass will perform as it should.

“Glass fit as it should,took a bit longer then expected to receive considering the location in reference to me, Ill blame the freight handler on that. packaging had room for improvement as the glass was inside the box banging together. When I opened the box there were shards of Glass from the edges of the 2 pieces, fortunately the glass was not cracked but the edges sustained pretty good damage. I installed them anyway as I needed heat, Time will tell. Thanks for the opportunity to do Business. Larry”

Looks like the tracking showed a weather delay which slowed it a bit. Ordered on 2/2 and received it on 2/8...not too bad for free ground shipping I think. I made note of the glass chips on your order, so if it becomes an issue let me know. Mike
