“Mike was amazing! He took the time to make sure that the part that we needed was in stock and was accurate measurements. We expected at least two weeks before we could use our stove again but the order came within 3 days -just in time for a cold cold snap. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service and lightening fast turn-around Mike! We would highly reccomend you to anyone looking for woodstove/fireplace glass and will definitely re-order if/when needed! Thanks again!”

Ron, are you sure you should be using tempered glass and not ceramic glass? Looks like you ordered Tempered glass. Tempered glass can only handle up to about 450-500 degrees Ceramic glass goes up to about 1300. Let me know and we can get you the correct glass at a discount. Mike

“Glass looks good, I think it would be more convenient if you included the gasket tape with the glass. Seems harder to find accessories for wood stoves these days.”

“I was so pleased. So after being frightened by my local supplier who wanted to sell me a new wood burner, I gave these guys a call and talked to Mike. After removing the old glass I traced it on some cardboard and sent him a photo with some rough dimensions. Just from a photo of the cardboard with the shape and dimensions, Mike was able to tell me the Make and Model of the woodstove and they had the glass in stock. It was a perfect fit and they even were able to sell me the Door and glass insulator. Works perfectly. Many Thanks to Mike and his crew who recognized my anxiety over this. They responded with reassurance and personable service from which I was able to draw confidence to complete the task. I am so glad that I found these guys and I highly recommend doing business with them. Great Job and Many Thanks! Warmly!”
