“Replacement of cracked wood stove glass. Very helpful and reasonable delivery time. Could not give five stars because they forgot the gasket when shipping and so we had to go buy one. When they were informed of the missing gasket they did promptly send out a package with the missing part. It was too late but now we have an extra gasket if we need one! Overall good experience and would recommend for your woodstove needs.”

“The only reason I didn't rate my experience "Perfect" was because it wasn't a choice. I received my replacement glass one day earlier than promised. It was exactly what I needed/ordered. It was well-packaged, and when I ordered it, the person on the other end of the phone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the excellent service!!! -boone”
