“Quick/friendly reply/confirmation soon after I ordered my glass. It shipped the day I ordered it and arrived soon after. Fit perfectly and cost considerably less than many other places I searched for the glass. Been installed for over a month & everything seems terrific (of course, the real test will be "what's it like years from now?"). So far, there's been no indication that I won't be just as happy years down the road. My experience suggests that they're a great company to do business with, and they plan to be around for the long run.”

“My first order was just the right size for the glass so didn’t work with the gasket. I believe that this wasn’t an issue of the glass company but the stove doors vary and some are tighter and some looser. Got glass replacement with custom measurement modification within a few days. The communication was fast and very pleasant”
