“My first order was just the right size for the glass so didn’t work with the gasket. I believe that this wasn’t an issue of the glass company but the stove doors vary and some are tighter and some looser. Got glass replacement with custom measurement modification within a few days. The communication was fast and very pleasant”

“All I was in need of was some door gasket for a Jotul wood stove that came with a house we purchased in June. I was immediately asked about a certain characteristic of the stove to insure the correct size. I made the purchase with the peace of mind that the correct gasket would arrive at my door soon after.
