New dual 8 L airfryer the instructions are virtually non-existant and writing is so tiny which makes it difficult to read. I have had 6 airfryers before this one, they were straight forwards to use but had comprehensive instructions. This one is complex with virtually no guidance. The removable grill racks, for instance, are they in or put for cooking chips? It says don't use metal utensils or abrasives, does that mean you can't use the metal racks you can buy for air fryers so you can cook in layers? Just unclear info.

I'd of been glad to if I had received a ROSE GOLD one, I received a silver one which I did not order.

Having had the opportunity to review your comments as well as the communications between us, we have confirmed you did order the Silver Kettle. This kettle comes in various colours and to order your preferred colour requires you to select your colour. Rest assured we have forwarded your valuable comments to our Marketing Department. The lettering on the timer and temperature controls getting rubbed off - Tower said take it back to the retailer has stopped trading so I have a fryer we cannot get accurate cooking times and temperature

Hi Chris It was disappointing to read your comments about your recent contact with Tower Customer Services. Your product is supported by a fixed 12 month warranty scheme from the retailer where you originally purchased your product from. I was sorry to learn that this retailer has ceased trading. I’m a bit disappointed with the appliance as it doesn’t seem to brown very well. If I leave the sandwich in longer , rather than it going extra brown, it just makes the sandwich very hard. I’ve had many sandwich makers over the years, including a George Foreman and a Marks & Spencer own brand and a few others and the Tower is the only one that I’ve found unsatisfactory. So when I buy a new appliance I expect all the accessories to be included with item. After opening the box and reading the instructions I find that I need to buy the rest of the items needed to use the fryer properly. I’m debating whether I should take it back before using.

Struggle to put the basket in The plastic ends on the basket keep.falling off. I have lost one Only had it 1 week It takes much longer to cook than other makes which were cheaper Basket is so small it only fits one pasty comfortably. Tried to return it to Argos but they wouldn't replace I. Not happy!

I bought a 4 litre air fryer vortex , on the box it says air frying, roast , grill and bake I bought from Lidl There is no instruction Manuel inside Could you please send me one or tell me where I would find one please

My heating element has popped not even two weeks after having it. Tried to email customer services because apparently you can't call, 5 days after emailing twice still no response.

I had to return this as one side didn't work the handle wouldn't stay down. I returned it and have confirmation that it arrived with you on 8th Feb but sadly no refund yet! I'm not very impressed.

I have ordered this product 3L Air Fryer, model T17079, last December and picked up on December 21,2022, I am happy that finally I’ve got one , the disappointing part is I just used it for few times, and it’s not working anymore, I have tried the number given on the manual if needed help phone them fort , it’s just totally an answering machine cause they’re busy, website given . How disappointing and this cost £50.00 just bought it last week of December 2022.

Took delivery of Tower Eco Duel Vortex air fryer T17099 4 days ago and have spent the days trawling sites to find silicone liners to enhance the use of it. Don’t want parchment etc. Plenty for other Tower models. When can we expect to be able to buy. Wish I had bought Ninja.

Sadly I can't review the air fryer as Evri never delivered it. Tower customer service was great Evri is losing you customers!! I wont order again from you while you use Evri

Dual basket- cook unevenly- significant difference between the two. No audible beep when timer finishes. Generally disappointing.

It must have arrived early hours of Saturday morning, left out in rain, no plastic covering or address on box..How Evri knew where to deliver ??? Scratches over top of air fryer.. No maximum fill lines in baskets.. Only basic hard to understand instructions... No recipe booklet.. First time used last night and using 'smart finish'....didn't work... Couldn't get both baskets to work at the same time.....gave up after an hour....not happy. Company I bought from won't let me return it.....(health and hygiene)!! Not happy at all...
