I purchased 2 Sensor Bins in March 2022 at a cost of £49.99 each. They have both given up being any form of sensor, and just stoped working ! I thought that they just needed new batteries - they have been lasting for about 8 weeks. I replaced their 3 batteries three times, thinking perhaps the batteries were faulty - but no. Just the mechanisms have stop working and they just make a strange noise. I gave this review 2 stars, because they look nice, but I shall now have to go out and buy two £12.99 plastic pedal bins. Let’s hope my spend of £25.98 for bins, will last longer than the £99.98 Tower ones.

I bought a tower vortx 8 litre dual basket air fryer. I was very happy with it and how it cooked. It is also very quiet. Less than 4 weeks later the handle snapped off on of the baskets in the middle of cooking. This resulted in a burnt hand and a wasted meal as it all went on the floor. Argos has replaced the air fryer but I am a little nervous to use it. Hopefully it was a one off. I tried to upload photos but they were mysteriously unable to upload

I loved the air fryer till the timer started misbehaving and broke off. Now the air fryer won’t come on. Can I get some assistance on this?

Very disappointed our Tower Air Fryer has stopped working. It was purchased In January 2023. It will not be economical if we have to replace it every 14 months. Up until then it would have been 5 Stars.

I purchased an XEC20 plus TOWER 3in1 corded vaccuum cleaner, it wasn’t expensive and I wasn’t expecting a super powerful one but it is absoutley rubbish! There is hardly any power on any of the 2 settings, it doesn’t even lift dried grass from my car mats! It’s looks lovely and is very light but don’t waste your money - very disappointed ☹️

The air fryer is good, the customer service and support from Tower is atrocious. I would not recommend the company or products to anyone.

I bought my mum a VL30 Plus vacuum, and to be fair it's performing well at the moment. But (and it's a BIG but), there are no spare filters available (the VL30 has two paper filters that need to be changed every few months). In fact, Tower has NO spares for ANY of its vacuums (just have a look at the 'Spares' section on the website). You can't get the filters anywhere else, either – trust me, I've Googled the hell out of it. So there's no point in buying a Tower-branded vacuum because you won't be able to maintain it properly. To top it all, customer services failed to respond to my email about this. Hopeless.

Bought vortex vizion 7ltr air fryer in march 23 size good still can't get rid of horrible smell when cooking and lingering smell on the food tried emailing no response so not very happy phone lines only open 10 til 3 awkward when you work

Airfryer model T17061. Bought one in October 2023. The numbers around the timing dial rubbed off making correct timing for some dishes difficult. I used only a soft or damp cloth to clean as instructed. The machine is now of no great use.

I have tower pressure cooker. The pressure control valve does not work properly (it is old) You show it as a spare (good) but it has been out of stock since before december and I suspect that it will not be restocked (bad).

Delivery came 1 day to late when I paid fir next day postage- had no reply from tower asking for refund of postsge . Microwave is not that good - the timer knob is a waste of time and doesn’t give a true timing. Anything under 2 minutes is about 1min 20 . It’s now in the loft and Ive bought a morph Richards .

Within 3 months of purchase the non-stick coating of both the grill plate and the air fryer drawer was coming off. By 9 months the drawer didn’t always register as being in place so the air fryer wouldn’t work. Customer services were great and replaced immediately, but that doesn’t alter the fact that the item was really below par and should have lasted longer without problems

We purchased a Tower mini oven with hot plates at Dunelm in November. When we unwrapped the parts, it was clear that the baking tray handle was broken. I spoke to the Customer Support Team on 4.12.2023 and was advised that the part was not in stock so I asked to be advised when it might be available. I have heard nothing further. I cannot imagine many quality suppliers would expect their customer to use a grill pan without a handle.

The idea is good but needs to be developed. At the moment it's to clumsy to get in and out. Have practiced many times to get used to it but no good. Probably won't use it again. Hope this honest feedback helps. Yours honestly. A N RIOZZI

I've emailed customer service about my parcel being returned to them as they didn't put a house number on my parcle, so evri sent it back. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my items and I've just moved house and still don't have them.

Tower T17024. Be careful to register for the three year guarantee. My parents air fryer failed just outside of the 1 year guarantee and they hadn’t registered the three year guarantee as they’re not online. Now it’s Landfill ……

It’s marketed wrong. It says it has a grill and bake setting but the only settings it has is air fry and dehydrate!
