I am 78 and now live on my own, it has totally changed my eating habits and given me a wide variety of food choices. “I recently purchased a digital Air fryer and find it a very safe and secure way to cook. I cooked frozen chunky chips which tasted so much better than deep fried chips, and cutting down on cooking oil and fats has got to be a plus for me and my family's health. Sausages were lovely and crispy, and didn't take long to cook, another bonus is for people getting forgetful, I have in the past left the gas on, fortunately no pans went on fire etc so I think this is a safer way to cook. We'll done, Tower.”
