“I purchased a Vitablend and within 1 week the o ring on broke on the small cup causing the fluid to leak out when blending, I sent an email asking how I could replace this, but never received a reply”

“I might be wrong but to me this is a halogen cooker not an air fryer. Only used twice but food cooks well with little or no oil. Disappointed no menus supplied.”

“I bought the frying pan expecting a lot more from Tower. Yes it is easy to use BUT where the top does not separate from the heater or the heater not waterproof, I find it very difficult to wash the interior. There are also no indications to temperature with the thermostat markings and no recipies to get a hint from. I am not impressed”

“im sorry i cant leave a review yet as i havent been able to use my preasure cooker yet as i am still waiting for you to send me a trivit as there wasnt one in the box when i bought it , i phoned you up and you said you would put one in the post for me im still waiting ,when i get it i will write a review ,plus there was nothing to say how much water i have to put in to cook with”

“The blender Struggled from the start maybe because of smaller motor. It stopped turning the blades the 3 rd day although the motor was turning! The rubber contacts were worn out. Returned the item back for a refund”

“I had to return it to morrisons as the seal came away I did not get a replacement as other people had also had the same problem the container leaked and the base started smoking Im sorry but I am pretty disgusted with it as I always thought Tower was a good make but Im not impressed”

“Hi I like the cooker but the problem is there are no instructions how to do all the different things I'm able to make (cake yoghurt roast) it would be big help to have some basic recipe's.”

“I Bought a Tower 7.5 ltr stainless steel pressure cooker, there wasn't any recipe book, I think it is very poor not to supply some more info on how to use it.”

“The Tower 7 piece ceramic pan set that I ordered from Ideal World is exceptional quality & I am very pleased to have them & love using them in my kitchen. They are robust yet good looking & the ceramic means nothing sticks to them. They also cook very evenly. Excellent product!”

“Fantastic pans ..I have made freid egg,omlettes.scrambled egg ,cheese toasties etc..nothing sticks to the pan. cleaning is very easy. the texture of the food is very fluffy and definitely cooks in a different method.”

“These pans are great - well made - lightweight - lovely colour (sand) and NON STICK I have fried - boiled - stewed - added liquid through the genius spout on the glass lids I just love them thank's”

“I am very pleased with these pans. The only bad point is one of the lid screws has gone rusty. I will be contacting tower after Christmas to hopefully get a replacement screw.”

“Fantastic pots. They are perfect. just what I have wanted for ages. Glad I treated myself. Thought they might be a bit more difficult to clean in real life ( I bought them having watched the Ideal World shows) But they clean perfectly with just a wee wipe. No hotspots with them either so thats a huge plus. Thank You.”
