the item i bought the air fryier is brillient and very pleased with the item the only grip i have is that the menu you supply is not very good as it dosent show the basic foods to cook like chips, sausages etc .But other than this the air fryier is fine.

Very good breadmaker, had one years ago wasn't as good as the tower breadmaker this one I would highly recommend if someone is wanting to purchase one, got a very good offer with a company selling this item so was around half price or less, very happy with it

Easy to use but would have liked a more detailed cooking guide as originally purchased this item to make low fat chips for my husband and there were not instructions at all for chips in the guide. I have only used it once and although the chips were cooked they did not brown evenly but hopefully with more experience this will improve!

I Bought the ceramic coated pan set,excellent! No burning or sticking and very easy to clean. Can highly recommend.

Very poor Customer Service. They have no knowledge of how to use the machine. The leaflet that comes with it lists health & safety pointers, how to dispose of the cooker & how to navigate the buttons, but that is all. Could benefit from some sort of recipe guide. These were the questions that I asked:- Is rice cooked in the main bowl or basket, is it to be steamed or cooked in water? Optimum amount of water for steaming? Ingredients for yoghurt? Frying – is it for shallow fry or deep fry – how much oil or fat? The small leaflet that came with the Multi Cooker also advertised that cakes could also be cooked in it, not giving details as to which cooking mode, if the mixture went in the main container or if it was to be put in a baking tin. Can you recommend a useful book please? Cooker may turn out to be good if more information is supplied by the company. They tell me that the booklet will be updated. Was at first very excited by my purchase but now feel very let down!!

Would have given it NO stars at all, as it has already broke. Used maybe 5 times. Even took out the 3 year extended warranty, it would have been nice to get past 3 weeks. Rotary switch feels faulty to me, certainly not the same as first use. Cant believe this is a one off. It seemed a good purchase as Morrisons had reduced the price by £20 but £30 for 5 smoothies is a bit much.

generally pleased with the saucepans but very disappointed with the lids.The screws holding the knobs on have rusted.They come loose very easely and one cannot be tightened at all.Rust is not a good thing with kitchen equipment !!!

The Cross-Blade stalled the motor using frozen strawberries to make a smoothie on around it's 3rd use along with a plume of smoke from the motor unit and no longer interfaces to the motor unit as the blade interface is chewed up. The flat blade still works correctly but leaks as the rubber seal is missing. This in itself is not the reason fro the poor score but the lack of response from customer services. The on-line form has been submitted, a direct e-mail (from work so may have had a response on Friday) and not even a confirmation that they are looking into it. Will have to be a phone call on Monday as it is just an ornament at the moment :-(

Cost me a fortune all the electrics blew when used for first time, electrician said there was a fault with the machine, took it back for a refund

Sorry but the fryer went back to shop next day. It was too cumbersome, and the book detailing usage was useless. I cook every day but did not want to even try it.

when they work well they are great, however if put down slightly heavily the batteries sometimes dislodge, which means having to break them down to replace, also the top cover comes away too easily!

Worked well for one month. After that, the rubber mechanism under the blade fitting started to falter. It stopped rotating and a burning smell would emit from the machine. I had to return this machine.

A proper instruction booklet would be good! It's all very well to say 'in less than 60 minutes' but how do I know what time to select for whatever I want to do? Am I supposed to use trial and error? There are NO defined instructions for making smoothies, making all sorts of soups etc. It would appear that what instructions there are were haphazardly translated from some other (Asian?) language. Not what I expect from a named brand. Not good enough, Tower. Very disappointed. .

Bought this product on 30th Dec. After two weeks it broke. The retailers kindly replaced it. Three weeks later the replacement broke, the motor went up in smoke! Not impressed with this product.

Fills the kitchen with steam, 'spits' all over the worktop & when I sent a query in via the website no-one has answered me. Poor service on all counts, a very disappointing Christmas present.

We have three pots and two fry pans.I cannot raise them enough. They are great and no need to add oil to the fry pans. So glad I bought this offer which was on the shopping channel.

Product almost exactly as advertised, although a small mark has appeared at the bottom of one saucepans, even though we have only used a wooden spoon whilst cooking. We have been meticulous when using, and in washing afterwards yet this small mark has appeared.?? It is not a scratch. Looks more like a stress mark. Other than that we are very satisfied with your saucepan/pan set.
