“The advertisement and the packaging say that the pan can be used with induction hobs but my experience is that the centre of the pan touching the hob has become brown and now sticks. I have registered the purchase. I have emailed my complaint to sales and customer care but have no reply or replacement or refund.”

“Very disappointed with the pressure cooker / smoker .Booklet no use at all.Online info.applies to a USA model and requires you to order ingredients from there.Wish I had not purchased this. If I. had not registered the guarantee I would return it.”

“Very happy with the blender and succesfully made smoothies, soups and drinks. It does take a little longer when using some hard vegetables, but overall pleased with my purchase at a very good price.”

“i was very happy to receive the ceramic pan set they are very durable and easy to clean and you don't need to wash them very often so you save electric and gas and hot water so they very environmental friendly they very nicely made with curved handles with clean rim round the pan no sharp edges so you wont cut your hands and when i cook something or boil water in pan the pans don't get cool straight away when i turn off gas heat from the pans thats great when you know the food will be still warm for 2or3minutes so you save time and you can do something else when the food in pans is cooling down and i will be buying another set”

“sad as it sounds I looked around for ages for a decent frying pan and decided on the Tower, I've had it for 2 weeks and already the handle is very wobbly! It doesn't sit safely on my gas hob so wouldn't recommend for anyone with gas hob as it feels unsafe. I'm going to return it really disappointed and although I may be unlucky with the faulty handle it isn't as I say suitable for gas hobs.”

Good Afternoon Anne, We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your pan. We do make the handles removable as they have a 10 year guarantee and handles can get damaged in this time.As such, they can be loose sometimes but are easily tightened. With regards to the pan being gas hob compatible, they are all gas hob safe, however, we can never guarantee that they will be appropriate for every hob design as they vary considerably. “I was very disappointed with this appliance I have cooked chips in a tefal air fryer for some time always with a good result but the ones I cooked in this fryer were awful. although your product is more versatile and you can cook more in it I needed to replace the chip option. I am awaiting a label to return to the supplier I purchased from via amazon but to date they havent bothered to send it. So all in all a bad purchase.”

“Fantastic pans ..I have made freid egg,omlettes.scrambled egg ,cheese toasties etc..nothing sticks to the pan. cleaning is very easy. the texture of the food is very fluffy and definitely cooks in a different method.”

“the item i bought the air fryier is brillient and very pleased with the item the only grip i have is that the menu you supply is not very good as it dosent show the basic foods to cook like chips, sausages etc .But other than this the air fryier is fine.”
