It looks beautiful in my kitchen and good quality but needs more info on to how to use it , i still need more time to get used to it , got a timer as well which it suits my needs so I'm happy with it

The blender/cross cutter attachment leaked on first usage. Filledblender with water and left on draining board to soak a while, and the water leaked out. Overall impression, not good quality, and a very poorly explained book. Chose a Nutribullet instead and very happy with results.

very poor first one I received the lettering came off even though only used a paper towel and nothing else, second one decided to overheat and cook too fast even though temperature and time were set correctly , I have been using halogen ovens for over 5 years now and have found a couple of manufacturers who make this item that they are faulty in some way or another....sorry for negative comments

I love every aspect of this frying pan. My only slight concern is that where the colour was grey, after using a low calorie spray, it is now brown in place of the grey...it hasn't affected the cooking in any way though. It is sturdy, heats quickly and is good value for money. It is very easy to clean too. I had a cheaper frying pan previously which proved to be a false economy.

Bought this product and was rubbish. Everything stuck to the pan. While cooking the pan turned a dull yellow colour. Got money back bought another cheap brand non stick pan and does the job amazing

9piece set, fantastic equipment. We watched the demonstration on Ideal Word and for the 1st time ever we placed an order. 100% impressed, does exactly as they showed and described. We are now going to order a further 2 more sets for family gifts. Well worth the money.

I was initially vey pleased with these pans, they were truly the best non stick pans I have ever used, the ceramic was a dream to cook with and clean afterwards. The value for money I felt was very good too having purchased the 5 piece set for ariund £50. Sadly, I had to return mine to the retailer due to the black exterior not being hard anodised or equivalent, effectively as soon as i started to use them they scratched and scuffed away. So the pans were good quality but not entirely. They would have been best left stainless steel on the outside, I'd buy them. But not these

I bought this to replace my old aluminium lid type one. It heats up very quickly which is good but I have to maintain the control knob at a low setting to simmer/ slow cook so it feels I have very little control of the temperature settings. The glass lid lets you see how the cooking is doing but it does not make a tight seel with the metal base so if the temperature is high , the meat juices bubble and escape from some parts of the side which did not happen with the old metal lid type. It is well built and seems value for money,but I prefer my old one .

Very disappointed - I consider it to have been a waste of money, dread to think what my wife will say when she is back from holiday.The surface is really 'none stick' but the cooking surface of the pan is 'domed' so that all the cooking fat/oil collects 'ditch like' around the edge of the pan leaving the central cooking area dry resulting in the food 'burning' and there is no transfer of taste from the cooking fat/oil to the food. The inner surface was definitely 'grey' when the pan was brand new but after the first use in parts only about 2cm around the rim is grey most of the surface is a dull white and only brightens a little on heating. Conclusion - Good idea pity it doesn't work !

Haven't used a pressure cooker for many years but being a vegetarian, thought it was the way forward for cooking dried pulses. It is certainly much quicker than using a conventional saucepan but I would have appreciated a sample recipe book being sent with the item. I have a few questions about the way in which it works and whether mine is operating correctly which I will mail direct to Tower. The item is well made and I certainly feel it is value for money.

Sent a number of emails about a faulty soup maker costing £100 asking for it to be fixed as it was a present from my late mother and is still under warranty but never had any reply from customer service.For a company with 100 years service this is unacceptable and rude.

I believe this pressure cooker to be faulty. It leaks both from the top of the lid in the timer casing and it drips from the rim. The silver timer casing itself comes away from the body to the lid and the well in which it sits gets pooled with water.I have written two previous emails asking for instructions to send it back to you but have not heard from you regarding this at all. Please at least acknowledge my request at least. Regards R.Newstead

The idea is good, in the main it is well made,but. The instructions are extremely poor, for example the topics give no reference to weight of the food to be cooked, the steaming process does not include how much water to add, roasting fails to mention how much oil to add or any guidance regards to turning, also no recipes are given. We contacted Tower regards regards the above points & did not receive an answer. So we were pretty much left to trial & error, as mentioned we had no idea how much quantity/weight to cook at a time, so found the presets to long. Hense the roast program burnt the meat, steaming refused the veg to mush. Within three weeks the printed legends wore away at the display buttons so we returned it for a refund & are now looking at a competitors product. We are delighted Tower wrote to us today asking for a review.

I have no instructions with my electric pressure cooker. I have never used a pressure cooker before and all the recipes i have found are for the stove top cooker. Not very helpful for a newby.

A little disappointed no clear instructions, some items you ave to try to imagine what they are for, for the price dont think i will use the attachments has i say instructions on how to use would have helped

Although I really like these salt and pepper pots and they are easy to use, I do find that if you knock them over, the batteries fall out of their slots, meaning you have to undo the pots and put the batteries back in.

I was a bit sceptical about using the air fryer, but now I would not be without it. I have not used my oven since I purchased it. it is easy to use and far quicker than a conventional oven. it is simple to use and easy to clean.
