I recently bought a set of pans from ideal world and I am not happy with the lid of one of them . The glass lid round the rim and also under the knob gives appearance of rust and you can't get into clean it .

Bought this as a fairly cheap standby for our Tefal Actifry which is in for repair. This is not a versatile product as it has no paddle to move the food around. The topsection gets incredibly hot which makes it awkward when you need to turn the food. I was burned the first time I used it. It will certainly become our standby. Too dangerous for normal use.

Good Morning Raymond, We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your new Air fryer. The reason it does not have a paddle is because it cooks through convection (similar to a fan oven) and as such does not require the food to be regularly turned. The halogen heater at the top is very hot, but a lid stand is provided for when access to the oven is required during cooking. Recently purchased a seven piece ceramic pan set from ideal world ...very disappointed with this product from opening the box to find one pan scratched .contacted ideal world immediately.. But no reply from them meant we had gone past the return date . upon using these pans the eggs slide to the edge and stick .have wasted a lot of eggs trying to get one decent fried egg ..only used silicone or wooden kitchen tools in these pans and never cooked on high heat yet food still sticks ..scrambled egg in a saucepan .you would think easy with these pans think again . great for cooking peas in but that's about it.

Bought your 5 ltr pressure cooker on Ideal World never again the booklet that came with it was rubbish no recipes hardly any instructions on how to use the cooker very disappointed with such a large company ellenmcavoy98@gmail.com

Terrible poorly made cheap product, Shoppers do not waste you money. Motor burned out after I used for 2 weeks. Thankfully I got my refund as I had bought product through a reputable company.

I bought the vita blend blender model T12002 in January of this year (2015) and have had issues with the seals on the blender blades. During January one of the seals had split or slipped into the bladed area. The twisting motion of tightening the blade attachment onto the cups I believe forces the seal to stretch and protrude into the bladed area. Now a second seal has broken rendering my blender useless after only 5 months of use. After every split the juice leaks which not only stain the appliance but also may diminish its use gradually. No doubt I will have to now contact tower on a regular basis to purchase numerous seals which will no doubt be costly... Danny WB

I have never used as much crap in all my life, the frying pans are basically useless, I got the set from ideal world, NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BUY TOWER, the small frying pan had a chip in the ceramic the large one was no better,I have ruined more eggs trying to fry them in these , in fact Edwina Currie was better for eggs than this crap

Making soup is a breeze and allows for great creativity in inventing soup recipes. Controls are very easy and basic with surprisingly no temperature control. However, this makes operation even easier. Separation between the upper and lower units could be simpler but this is a minor criticism. This device represents excellent value for money compared to others performing the same function.

I have had various products from Tower and must say, they have all been fantastic! Most recent purchase was a 6ltr pressure cooker which is used all the time. Meals are so much faster and taste better (can't get over how meat just falls off the bone after a short time in it) The cooker is really good quality, easy to use and works perfectly every time. I've got several pans which I've had for years and they are still going strong - easy to clean and still non stick! Will continue to buy Tower products as they have never let me down. Going to get their electric frying pan next which I can use on the patio - just need summer to hurry up!

My purchase broke the very first time I used it. I felt the machine was a little to powerful for the attaching part and caused friction causing the machine to smoke up. I was only wisking eggs. On the positive side the warranty lady I spoke two to replace the parts was understanding and professional, it will take 15 days to received new parts. Hopefully I can start using my purchase after that.

I got this device just few days back. It is a good copy of nutribullet but I am not really impressed with the performance. Just tried to make one recipe from the book which came with the Tower Vita Blend. When I used the cross blade it was leaking so I gave up the idea of using it and used the flat blade. Surprisingly it started losing power and I had to throw the contents of shake in the bin. Wasn't a really good experience for me. I got so disheartened that I packed it back and now it is lying in the store. Surprisingly it comes with a long warranty. After experiencing the product, I didn't even bothered to call the customer service.

We have now had this set of pans replaced twice as the handles on the lids keep working loose. The smallest pan lid seems the worst having to tighten the screw on the lid after every use.They were purchased from Argos - who I must say have been very good . But now we are having to return 2 sets as the lids cannot be supplied separately. I DO WISH SOME AT TOWER WOULD GET IN TOUCH !! and sort this issue John H

The roaster tin is described as 'non-stick' but we had a lamb joint over Easter weekend and had to soak and work very hard to get the stuck on meat off the tin. Disappointing

i purchased this item to replace an old one and i have to say was very disappointing in it. the various disc were hard to use on the bowl a lot if fiddling to get the lid on, the whisk attachment was useless in whisking . on the upside the motor base is very stable and the blender attachment was good. found the item to be very overpriced for quality and feel the plastic bowls to be flimsy and sad to think nothing is dishwasher safe.

In terms of the non-stick feature the pan appears to be very good although cooking materials do adhere to the coating but can be wiped free with kitchen paper when cool. The pan heats quickly and evenly with no obvious hot spots. I would have given a higher rating but the handle has already loosened on the 'rivets' after just a few days of use. I suspect cleaning water will seep in between pan and handle and possibly rust through rivet.

bought digital electric pressure cooker leave a burned crust of food on the bottom of inner pan use enough liquid so thats not the problem

When I first opened the box I was surprised at how heavy the motor was,however that is a good thing in my book.When I tried to lock the bowl and motor together,It felt wobbly,as if the top wasn't locked onto the bowl.It did switch on and worked empty briefly.Time to load up,decided the first job was going to be ground bayleaves.The leaves I dried completely in my dehydrator, put them into the bowl switched on and got nearly whole leaves back.Next I broke them down in a pestle and mortar,put them in the bowl and still they didn't grind.I finished them off in the pestle and mortar and ended up with the desired powder.I can only assume there's some sort of design fault with the fitting together of the device.
