After having my first Tower pressure cooker and using it for two weeks, I have to say that I'm really satisfied with my purchase. The only thing that disappointed me was a small broken piece. Which the Tower company changed in no time! Keyleigh and Nicole were the ones who answered my email and sent me (totally free) the spare part. Thank you, very good quality products and even better aftersale service.

Like others we bought 7 piece set from ideal world Feb this year, like other reviews pans stick, are discoloured, and show pitting marks. Not professional cookware, and would not recommend

Bought a set of ceramic frying pans buy 2 get 2 free from Ideal World in Mid July. After using the large pan only twice the ceramic coating became stained brown and everything sticks. I was so disappointed I asked for a refund but as it was over 14 days from purchase this was refused. Ideal World did however replace the pan . I am now left with 5 pans which are useless . Would never buy again

Had this a couple of months and tried a few tweaks on recipes. The recipes in the leaflet contain large amounts of sugar and milk powder and give an over-sweet loaf. The bread produced is more akin to cake than good bread, ( maybe because the mixing process does not develop the gluten in the same way as hand kneading ), and is very crumbly when cut. The loaves I now get are tasty , edible and I like the convenience but they are very far away from good hand-made loaves. I'd say this product produces decent breadstuffs for those who either cannot bake by hand or like convenience. Also , people I know that cannot tolerate supermarket loaves have found these to be easily digestible. Overall - middling. You get fair but not really good bread.

I bought a ceramic frying about a month ago. Its the one that changes colour when hot or cold. I done every thing by the book as you dont use oil with it. Its the worst pan i have ever had even tried oil to see would that help but to no avail every thing sticks to it. . i lost receipt for it so cant take it back to the shop. Does anyone have the same problem. Very dissapointed. Joy

After using this about 4 times since being purchased in May 2015 so only 8 weeks of low use, the rear hinge has snapped and sheared off when the oil had already heated up and I had to struggle to get the lid back down. I have used a competitors Deep Fat Fryer prior for several years without any problem. The Fryer itself works great . I will be contacting Tower for a replacement .

After only 10 weeks approx 20 uses of the Tower Colour Changing Ceramic Frying Pan food started sticking to the pan and the handle became loose. Notified Tower who told me to take it back to shop unfortunately shop 130 miles round trip as I explained to them. Thought they would be interested in seeing the faulty pan but apparently not. An expensive item for only 10 weeks use.

Hi - Bought a set of ceramic pans from Ideal World TV in late December 2014. These are sold on the basis that they are far superior to usual non stick pans, sadly they are not. The saucepans appear to be okay at the moment however, the 2 large frying pans are now useless and virtually everything sticks to them. We have used silicone or wooden utensils in them and avoided, as instructed, putting them in the dishwasher. I have no doubt that the small frying pan and eventually the saucepans will go the same way. We have now had to buy two new traditional 'Non Stick' pans, we have had better longevity out of these in comparison. Sadly these ceramic pans have gone from what we thought was a great buy to the worst we have had. Our old faithful stainless steel pans which we have had for nearly 16 years are still as good as new and our best buy. I have sent an email about these to Tower, lets see what happens.

Absolutely brilliant!! I wanted 1 pan with lid to do all my frying and this 28cm is it! It has replaced wok and frying pans! It's great for cooking sausages, burgers, meatballs etc for family of 6, plus big enough to add mushrooms, leeks and stock to meat, to make gravy without slopping over the edges. When stir frying the lid helps keep heat and moisture in so cooks from top too without a lot of stirring. Of course the best bit....... when it's cool, quick wipe with kitchen roll and it's clean - no more scrubbing to get burnt food off!!!

We are extremely impressed with our recent purchase of the Tower Airwave low fat fryer . On opening the package ,the thing you notice first is the classy black ,compact design, which makes the price a pleasant surprise ,compared with other similar products . We have owned two halogen ovens previously , both from reputable manufacturers but neither of them compare in speed and performance to the Tower air fryer .We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quick, clean ,low fat method of cooking .

Bought ceramic frypans from Ideal World - says ok for induction on description and on bottom of pan, but will not work on my induction plate. The bottom is not magnetic which is required for use with induction. Needless to say have been sent back.

Good Afternoon Andea, I am very sorry to hear that your pans have not been suitable for your cooker. Unfortunately, whilst our pans are suitable for most induction hobs, we are unable to guarantee that they will work with all cooker makes and models. We are pleased to hear that you had no trouble returning them. Kind Regards, Tower Customer Service Team

Bought the electronic salt and pepper mill. Lovely design , however these struggle when in use. Even with good batteries, these aren't as good as I'd have expected. These are also described as having "LEDs" that illuminate when in use, but they are just a small ordinary bulb, which will no doubt fail much more quickly than an LED would have.

Good Afternoon Stuart, We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with the performance of your grinders, and as such will be in touch directly to discuss your options. Regarding the lights on the units, I can confirm they are LED bulbs and as such are of a long life capability. Many Thanks, Tower Customer Service Team Tel: 0871 221 3623 Email: customerservice@towerhousewares.co.uk

used my airwave fryer the day it arrived and have continued to do so several times a week. So impressed with the quality of food it produces (now don't feel guilty about having 'fried food' as this is so much healthier) Its also very quick and I really like the glass bowl so I can keep an eye on everything. So simple to use, cleans well, Came with everything needed - even a spray bottle for the oil (which i rarely use to be fair) and free warranty. Can't fault it, thanks.

Having had a Prestige self quick de-pressureising pressure cooker for the last 20 years, it was a forced (bad) decision to buy a new pressure cooker both without a timer AND - as it turns out - one that does not self depressurise quickly. "Pour cold water on it" to reduce the pressure quickly !!! Talk about retrograde technology!!!

Good Afternoon Garth, We are sorry that you are not fully satisfied with your new pressure cooker. Unfortunately this model is a standard cooker and does not come with a timer or controlled pressure reduction. However, we do have other models of electric pressure cookers that come with both these functions. If you would like any further information, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
