I bought the three frying pans and set of saucepans, From Ideal world last November. I have to say these pans have not worn at all well. The ceramic part has never worked, you do need to use some fat in the pan. They are no longer non stick and have discoloured badly. The handles also keep coming loose and have to be tightened up all the time. I have always in the past bought Tower products. This experience has definitely ruined the Tower name for me as a brand.

Like many of the other reviews I also purchased the ceramic pan set and the Infinistone saucepan and Double pan sets from Idealworld in April 2015 in Sand and have had problems with the discolouration to the coating on the pans and handles after using a few times and it will not come off, very disappointed indeed also my daughter had the same problem. we both have had replacements but the same problem has happened, I called Idealworld several times asking if they would exchange for the Black sets but they said they no longer stock them so gave me the phone number for Tower which I rang twice but got cut off so now Idealworld has asked me to pack them all up and send them back for inspection which to say the least is very inconvenient and has really put me off buying the TOWER BRAND again.

I purchased a set of Cerasafe utensils, at first use the spoon discoloured they admit it was faulty. Tower were unable to replace a single spoon but I did get a refund from gropupon who supplied the items. In trying to purchase a new set from Tower I was told I could use a 20% discount voucher after 4 attempts to do so on line I phoned tower, after 5 attempts to be told the voucher was not valid, they charge 9p a minute to call and the customer service is abysmal. Asked to speak to a manager and told a manager could not help.

Just started using my new pans, very happy with purchase, easy to clean and will help us lose some weight as no fat required for cooking!

We bought the pans from ideal world, two large pans, three smaller pans and two frying pans. The frying pans after a couple of weeks started to go brown and everything that we cooked in them stuck to the bottom of them. The large pan has a silver tower logo plate on the handles and a couple of them have fallen off. Also the enamel is coming off the side of the pans. Very disappointed with the purchase we made.

In the 70' I bought a Tower fry pan. It is aluminium I think with a lid. Black knob, pan is silver in colour. It was bought via a 'tower party' (these party's popular then). We were shown how to bake even in this pan on the top of the cooker.I have lost the instructions but would love to start using it again. Could you help, can't find anything on internet.

I bought a 7 piece Tower pan and pot a few weeks ago for a new house, and used them for the first time yesterday. Within a minute of being on the hob, containing nothing but olive oil, the large frying pan had discoloured badly, and no amount of cleaning would remove the large collection of marks across the centre of the inside of the pan. Very disappointed.

Extremely good value for money 24cm much cheaper than JML and Ceraserv and you know when you have come up to the right temp with the pan turning white a feature that the competition does not appear to have. Jeff Packman

Initially made up to get the pan set from Ideal World, threw out all metal utensils and replaced them with silicon, plastic and wood. I got the 3 pans, 2 frying, 1 sautée pan, infuser lids and steamer. The frying pans lasted about 3 wks and are now unusable as EVERYTHING sticks to them and the sautée pan is heading in the same direction. The steamer and lids are good but I am very disappointed by the frying pan.

I bought the multi cooker and am having difficulty with the slow cooker. I can't seem to get the time over 1.39hr and the instruction on this is very vague, also the temperature..should it not just set to slow cooker temperature?

We bought a Tower ceramic frying pan, thinking it was a quality item. A few months of use and it lost it's non-stick properties. The pan gradually turned a brownish colour on the sides and never again turned white when hot. We certainly didn't overheat it or scrub it until a few months after purchase. By then is was as difficult to remove food residues as any other conventional pan except by scrubbing with a pan scourer. We used the non-scratch nylon variety, but this is proving quite a chore each time we use it. Unfortunately, we haven't yet found the guarantee, but are most disappointed with the product.

Bought two Tower Ceramic Colour Changing Frying Pans from The Factory Shop in July 2015. Within the first few uses the smaller one was getting harder to clean and now is stained and impossible to use. The bigger is slightly better but it hasn't been used as much. The handle on the small one is also working loose. Would definitely not recommend ceramic pans and am very disappointed with Tower. We cannot understand how they can demonstrate the pans on Ideal World and burn plastic, egg, milk etc to destruction and just wipe it clean. Have they put some coating on prior to the programme that we don't know about.

After having my first Tower pressure cooker and using it for two weeks, I have to say that I'm really satisfied with my purchase. The only thing that disappointed me was a small broken piece. Which the Tower company changed in no time! Keyleigh and Nicole were the ones who answered my email and sent me (totally free) the spare part. Thank you, very good quality products and even better aftersale service.
