I have contacted customer service to tell them the fryer has a large scratch on it. I have submitted pictures. Also the box was damaged when it arrived. It was only in the Tower box, no other box or plastic wrapping. X

Im in the same boat . Had an email to review the dual air fryer when i Havant even received it . No response from towers or hermes . The delivery update is frozen from 3.12.22 . Contact in non existent as ive sent several emails to both parties . The supplied phone number is the usual automated bull sh#t of were busy inundated with calls , please email us & it hangs up. Discussing way to treat customers especially when ive paid in full. Ive demanded a full refund . Think carefully before ordering online from this dick turpin of a company

Would be nice if i had recieved it first so could leave a review. Im still waiting for someone to inform me why the delivery has ground to a holt with no updates from tower or hermes .

Bought 30th August. Stopped working on Saturday 3rd December. Emailed received email asking for invoice and nothing since then. Very annoyed.

Emailed on 24 Nov concerning my order which I have not received. Got a reply from a Chloe H to advise she was currently investigating with the courier and would get back to me ASAP but then saying allow 48 working hour's (6 working day???). Then i emailed 5 Dec to chase it up and she reminds me 48 working hours. I then reply to her email advising that I have had enough and want a refund. It is the 6th day and no email as to what is going on. Customer service is terrible.

Bought air fryer November 25th evri said they have it since November 27th emailed both tower and evri still no answer from either of them.if either of you can’t deliver the item you shouldn’t be in business

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across took delivery of a air fryer which turned out to be faulty it does not cook the food tried to contact customer services 9 days ago got 1 automated reply then nothing they don’t reply to emails or contact us no phone number to use. Think my next steps might have to be go and turn up at the factory and bang on the door.

Purchased a Xpress Pro Combo 2000W 11 Litre. The outer surface around the door started peeling off when first switched on. Customer service was non existent, no phone number in use (which is dodgy), email only. Four emails later and no reply over 2 weeks. I paid via Klarna for three installments so thankfully they stopped payments pending investigation. Then surprisingly they responded, and tried to palm me off with accessories. I requested a refund, liable produced and item collected and returned to them. Five days later after receiving it back (on tracking) still not a word from them, despite being told in writing it could take up to 3 days to process a return. Given how poor their service is I'm not expecting my refund to come any time soon. It's really not worth dealing with companies like this, best to avoid and take your business elsewhere.

Tower have the audacity to ask me to review their air fryer which I haven’t received due to the appalling service from Tower and Evri. No response from Tower or Evri on the product I ordered last Friday for next day delivery. I’m amazed that Tower still use Evri when you consider the reviews on this website, don’t they care of the damage to Towers reputation and ongoing business?

How can I write a review about a product that is still in the box while I'm waiting for a reply as to why the box was covered in gaffer tape when it arrived & it also came late when I paid for next day delivery

Still have not received my air fryer. Apparently Evri have it but they've had it for nearly 2 weeks now. I've asked for a refund but just keep getting very automated emails. No luck getting through on the phone either. Not happy at all.

Can’t attest to the actual Air fryer as I have yet to receive it. Evri have had it for almost 2 weeks and it’s been showing that it’s delayed and will be delivered next working day for basically the same amount of time. I have attempted to contact Tower to but no avail. If the lack of delivery is due to Evri losing the parcel then I would like a refund soon so that I can buy a replacement elsewhere as this is supposed to be a Christmas present

Ordered an air fryer with next day delivery and it didn’t arrive. Evri emailed me and told me that they had the parcel and then next day they said they couldn’t deliver it due to the bad weather in my area (London!) Their email suddenly disappeared from my inbox, luckily I screen shot it but now Evri says it does not recognise the tracking number. Still waiting for contact from Tower telling me it will take 7 days for them to respond. Appalling service fromTower and Evri, there is absolutely no way to contact Evri or Tower to talk to anyone.

Can't write anything because still waiting to hear from yourselfs I've waited over 7 working days but no reply from 2 emails. Can't review airfryer as I've not used it but as it came poorly packed with broken bits of plastic in one of the drawers and no instructions or paper (which looks like a return product) I'm going to send it back. Very poor customer service this is the 3rd appliance and extras from Tower but there will be no more.
