“Ordered a gerberit cistern a part was missing. Made numerous contact with trade taps who were very apologetic but never got back to me on the phone. Every time I rang they said they would phone me back which they never. Still waiting for the part that will never come so I will just order it from elsewhere as I can't be bothered”

“Good price and fast delivery but I've given it a poor rating as item arrived completely unprotected. No bubble wrap or cellophane. A toilet pan can get scuffed or scratched but even the plumber was surprised to see the delivery driver turn up carrying a pan and a seat in a box.”
