“Items (bathroom chinaware) competitively priced, as described, and arrived very quickly - within 3 days for standard order. Larger range of stock than local suppliers (e.g. cistern with lever rather than push button). One thing I hadn't realised was that the pedestal washbasin came without a pedestal - too expensive to order it separately because of the delivery charge, but I was able to obtain one locally.”

“Could give your customers more info on the delivery AM or PM would be helpful. Customer service was very good, he tried to find out but the courier could not tell him. I was told that they would phone me hour before. I NEVER GOT A CALL. They just turned up at my door. Lucky I hadn't popped to the shops.”

Hello Susan Thank you for your email, unfortunately we are unable to provide delivery times due to your item going out on our suppliers own van, they should have called you 1 hour-30 mins before delivery so i apologise for this, and i have passed this on to ensure this does not happen again. “I placed an order on 25th February 2017 and got told by TradeTaps/Dramco on 2nd March that the item I ordered was out of stock - why wasn't this known on 25th February? Anyway, I cancelled the order and it took 11 days for someone to get round to providing a refund.”

“I am very unhappy with customer service of Trade Taps. As soon as the delivery was made, I telephoned to say the Riser Kit was unsuitable, but I had to leave a message. This was on Friday, and so far I haven't heard from them. I also emailed and still haven't had a response. Before I placed my order, I phoned Trade Taps as my plumber definitely wanted a kit with sticky pad fixers. I waited for a call back, and was told this kit came with sticky pads. I then placed an online order. This particular kit only came with ONE sticky pad, and was not what was required. I would not recommend them as a reliable company to deal with.”

Hello Pauline Thank you for your email, I'm sorry you feel this way, unfortunately we do not have an answering machine service on our phones, so unfortunately no one would have received a message which i am very sorry about. The item you ordered does indeed come with 6 sticky pads, but unfortunately it appears you did receive an incomplete riser kit, occasionally this can happen and i am very sorry about this, due to this error i can see that we arranged a collection for this and are in the process of issuing your refund. “I was going to source all my bathroom equipment at Travis Perkins, I am so glad I didn't. Trade Taps were excellent, offering quality merchandise, great brands & at a great price. The selection was vast, and all the technical information was clear & concise. The site was also very easy to navigate. Topped off with fast delivery I cant fault them. They are now firmly bookmarked in my browser for the future. Dont go local, go Trade Taps!”
