“Great website with a vast range and all very competitively priced. Selection was made easy by a good range of filters and once the required product was found, in this case a Deva monobloc kitchen tap, full technical and fitting details were also provided. Finally and easy checkout and payment procedure that went smoothly too and followed by the prompt delivery of the goods on time as advised. So ten out of ten!!”

“I purchased a Vitra replacement toilet seat fromTrade taps as the price quoted was less then other sites. The item was clearly pictured on the website with a full description and product number to ensure that the correct item was purchased. Delivery time of 3 days was very good for a price of £7:00.”

“I ordered two Ideal Standard showers from Trade Taps after speaking to one of their advisors. The advice given was excellent and the price of the items was the most competitive I could find. After purchasing the showers I was notified via email regarding the delivery which was first rate. The showers were delivered as promised and the product was excellent. “Extremely poor website. Despite being told we would be sent an email and tracking details of delivery. This never happened. On two occasions the driver rang 30 minutes before arriving at our house. Very poor in communicating I will not use this company again”

“Statet soft close on website for toilet seat but when it arrived it was not a soft close one. Not recommend this company as not got what I should of got. Extremely disappointed.”
