“I have been looking for replacement taps which would work in my en suite and had problems finding gold coloured taps other than the old fashioned style which would not work in a relatively modern looking bathroom even though it was put in 15 years ago. I was quoted nearly £400 for basin taps and a matching bath mixer with shower but got the whole lot from Trade Taps for £195. They haven't been fitted yet so I cannot comment on the taps themselves but the service was quick, the range admirable and the price reasonable. On this basis I am happy to recommend the company.”

“This was my first experience with this company, I can only say that it was somewhat disappointing! I was sent an email stating the item had been dispatched - five days later it had still not arrived. I emailed to advise this and was told they had tried to deliver the day after dispatch and that they had left a card- there certainly was no card left! I then phoned and explained that no card was left, was then advised they would deliver the following day. I asked them to leave in my Secure Porch, only to find they left with my elderly neighbour! Can only say I have found this a very frustrating experience. Especially when on the website it boasts "Quick Delivery" which seven days after dispatch is not at all quick!”

“ORDER NO 4010404 I RECEIVED A DAMAGED TAP £130.00 FROM YOU WHICH YOU FAIL TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT I HAVE EMAILED/TELEPHONED YOU NO ANSWERS JUST TODAY TO TELL ME YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER NO ONE AVAILABLE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE VERY POOR. “very poor customer service: one of the item that they delivered had a part that was broken. When I contacted them they offered me to replace it, as "they strive to provide the best customer experience" - I was very positively impressed. Unfortunately what it should have taken 2 days is still going on 3 weeks later. After about 2 weeks I finally received the part, only to found out that they sent the wrong one. Third week in and I am still waiting for the part, and every time i contact them "Amy" sounds very stroppy and annoyed by the fact that I am chasing this up. At the end after a bit of research I found out the right part code so I contacted Geberit (the item producer) myself, paid for the part and express delivery (it all took only £20 and 2 days wait). What i found mostly disappointing is their lack of product knowledge and procurement processes: if they had told me on day one "this is the exact part code and this is how you can get it in 2 days" I would have gone for it. They are cheaper than others, true, but my experience with them hasn't been good at all. I won't be using them again”

Hello Fabrizio I apologise that you feel this way, unfortunately this took a little while longer as we had to contact our supplier, who then had to contact Geberit, i can assure you we chased our supplier daily in regards to your order. this kind of incident does not occur very often, and i apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
