“I ordered the goods to be delivered on 14th February and they were not delivered until 15th as I missed a confirmation phonecall. Nothing on the website says I would receive a confirmation call. If I order something I expect to receive it when I booked to receive it without the need of a further confirmation. Unless I phone you to cancel the order I want the goods. This has caused me great inconvenience having to take the day off work to be home to receive the goods and the plumber I had booked then not being able to fit the part as it arrived to late and he had to cancel, costing me more money and having to wait a further 2 weeks without a shower until he is available next. I also believe you have now sent me 2 showers as I believe one has gone to my work as well as the one I have received at home. Not a good first experience of your company.”

“Delighted to have found Trade Taps. Got what we needed at a good price and although it didn’t arrive on the designated day, that was down to the courier and when I contacted Trade Taps, they quickly sorted the problem, with goodwill. Very happy customer.”

“Initially, I had delivery issues with my product, however, the team at TradeTaps made the process appear seamless by reorganising another delivery without fuss and my products were delivered as requested. Unfortunately, the product I had ordered cannot be returned, though the customer service representative was most helpful in directing me to other alternatives.”

“I orderd six toilet seats and only one came, had to phone to find out what happened to the other five,was told that the branch in Glasgow only had one would have been good if they had put that on the delivery note, five to follow.”

“Website indicated that item was in stock and would be delivered next day. Eventually arrived 5 days later and had been picked and dispatched incorrectly. The picking error by their supplier was rectified very promptly but was not communicated. Very disappointing”

“Very easy to use website. I received a telephone call confirming the order and delivery was advised for the following day. Excellent tracking details provided delivery of the package, which was delivered on the correct day, and was exactly as I ordered. First time customer, but would not hesitate to recommend or use again.”

“I ordered a bathroom wall unit and sink. The website gave a guaranteed delivery date which I paid for.This date came and went. Another 2 days later I called to enquire. I was subsequently advised after a long wait on phone that the courier only delivers on Monday’s? So guaranteed delivery isn’t what it seems. It will now be delivered a week late if this date can be relied upon. I had booked my plumber and have had to cancel. Very disappointed. Company website seems easy to use but excuses are lousy when something goes wrong.”
