“The prices are competitive, but not impressed by the service. One (of 3) items I ordered was apparently out of stock, but you still accepted the order and the payment without telling me. I was advised by a phone call late the next day from Ideal Bathrooms (?). And then I received a Shipping Confirmation from you for ALL 3 items? I emailed asking for clarification and I'm still waiting for a response. In the meantime I've cancelled and bought from someone else. Not impressed!”

“They called to advise on delivery day, however, I was misinformed by the website description of the product I ordered. I ordered a toilet seat only...assuming this meant toilet seat without the toilet pan. It was only when the delivery driver pointed out that he was delivering the toilet seat RING only and that the seat cover part was not included in my order that I became aware. Sadly, although the seat measurements are the same as the seats I want to replace, the hinge fittings on the new seats don't fit the hinges on the seat covers I already have! Not sure if you are able to assist!”
