“I found a product I was looking for at a reasonable price. However it took several weeks for them to be delivered as they were not in stock. Then I was not given any time window for the delivery! So I am expected to sit around my house the entire day waiting for the delivery... This is really inconvenient - no other retailer that I have bought from requires this. They usually at least contact me the day before to provide a 2-hour window.”

“I ordered because of 1)Website Says In Stock and 2) Next Day Delivery. Both were wrong. My next day turned into 4 days. The bit that annoyed was the attitude of customer "service" when I called to see if anything could be done. She couldn't have been any less bothered to help and didn't call back as promised. It seems this company is just a window and does not actually stock items itself...? Not going to be a repeat customer...”

“If a mistake is made by this company, they want their customers to sort it out at their customers inconvenience and expense, their website has issues that can cause you to order the wrong goods and they don't care. A member of their staff also blatantly lied to me. They are a middle man operation with a website and no stock as far as I can work out. AVOID..... If you have any issues you will be lucky to get any decent service.”
