“Product arrived promptly. It was however defective. I called Tradetaps and spoke to Tim the manager who said we should send a photo. Upon receipt of the photos I was sent a curt email being told I needed to tell them of issues within 24 hours of delivery. Both unreasonable and I'm sure not legal? I contacted abode (the manufacturer) direct who have sent me a replacement. They were brilliant. Shoddy, duplicit and lazy. What a shame.”

“Very helpful lady answered my question immediately when I called Customer Service before placing an order. Impressed by the very quick delivery and very pleasant delivery man. Shower tray not yet installed but it is the best price I could find for the one I wanted. Thanks!”

“This company is brilliant!! I was stuck for a Geberit duofix toilet frame as my wholesaler didn't have it in stock and I was going to have to wait 5 - 7 days for delivery. I found TradeTaps online and found the items that I needed, put them in the basket and I was unsure if it was going to be delivered next day so I looked for a phone number expecting there to be only an email address with a reply time of 2 days or more, to my surprise there was a telephone number to call and I spoke to Ray who was the most helpful person ever! He even managed to get my order on delivery for the next day before 10am. I run a plumbing company and this level of service is fundamental for me. I will defiantly be using TradeTaps again. “The price was competitive and the delivery swift. There was a small part missing in one of the boxes. When I phoned them they were friendly and they immediately despatched it. I recommend them very highly.”
