“The company refused to honour its GUARANTEED PRICE MATCH on a sink they are selling for £170. I found the exact same item on another website for £134.”

Good Afternoon Robert, Thank you for your review, As discussed on the phone we agree our price is £170.00 and we charge £7.00 delivery for the item in question but after investigation for the price match, we have noticed that the company you are price matching for charge extortionately for delivery which would be were they are making the difference up to appear cheaper. We do try our best to price match our products, unfortunately in the circumstance we cannot, All the Best TradeTaps

“I found the web site easy to use. After placing my order I was advised by email the item was not ex stock but deliverable on a date a few days hence. The item arrived on the given date with no problem. I have been completely satisfied with the service from Trade Taps and commend the honesty of a real delivery date which was no problem for the progress of my project. I would use them again.”

“Incredibly helpful when I phoned for advice about the Abode Avior Pull Out taps that I wanted. These superb looking taps arrived promptly and excellently packaged. A smidgen more expensive than another online shop, but worth it for the service and their returns policy and I’ve already recommended them to friends.”

“The gentleman I spoke to on the phone to check availability was very helpful and ultimately took my order and payment over the phone. However when I pointed out that under your price match scheme my taps were £20 less at Taps uk he said he was not empowered to match their offer. This is why I have downgraded your rating to 3* and not the 5* your service deserved. If you promote a price match scheme you should at least explain why you can not match other's prices.”

Good Morning Nick, Thank you for your review, Investigating this we have noticed that the Competitor in question doesn't offer next day delivery also there delivery is upto 10 working days and change £10.00 whereas we do offer next day delivery and don't charge for it, we apologise this wasn't explained to you at the time, Best Wishes TradeTaps

“Haven't installed the tap yet but it looks good and the delivery was quick and very well packed. Could have dropped it from a great height and it would have bounced!”
