“I recieved my order from trade taps in a damaged box. The item was returned in the same box (slightly late because I was on holiday) and a more expensive item ordered. They did not refund me the original amount as they claimed that I damaged the packaging. They waited for several months before informing me that the would not refund this item. I would not use this company again. Their customer service is non existant. I found them to be rude and evasive.”
