“All was good with Trade Taps, except that the lead time to availability/delivery of our bathroom basin fluctuated wildly. When I ordered & paid, I wasn't advised until the next day that it was out of stock and would take between 6 & 8 weeks to deliver. When I rang up to check, I was told more like 3 to 4 weeks. And in practice, it turned out to be more like 2 weeks! By this time I'd put off our plumber until the New Year, so we're now stuck with storing our basin for a month. But everything else was ok.”

“I purchased three ROCA toilet seat from Trade Taps;their website is easy to navigate around and delivery was very quick. However what really impressed me, was the customer service provided prior to deliver, as I was contacted to be informed that ROCA had made slight changes to the toilet seats and could I confirm that the measurements was still suitable. They could have just sent out without notifying. Overall the service provided exceeded my expectations.”

“The gentleman I spoke to when I enquired about the product could not have been more helpful. It was nearly lunch-time and I wanted it to be delivered the next day. He said if I ordered it on-line he would look out for the order and try and get it on the transport to be delivered the following day. My bathroom cabinet arrived just after lunch on the specified day and I was absolutely delighted especially as the bathroom fitter was waiting for it. Thank you very much.”
