“Prompt notification that item was not available and option to cancel. Only complaint is my account was debited and it takes at least 5 days to get a refund. So the banks are gaining interest which I am paying for!”

“I can recommend Trade Taps. Their prices are amongst the most competitive, and their telephone customer service staff are polite, on-the-ball and helpful. I did have an issue with a Grohe item that they said was in stock, then when I placed the order it had a lead time of over a week. However, this was resolved when I amended the order. Overall, they were good to deal with, and I will use Trade Taps again.”
