“Accepted my order and money then decided 12 hours before delivery that you don’t deliver to Ireland. I don’t live in Ireland. I live in Northern Ireland which is a completely different country. We’re part of the UK!! Disgusted is an understatement!!”

I’m really sorry to read your complaint. Deliveries for the products you ordered are carried out by a third party distributor who are unable to deliver all our products across all UK postcodes. Smaller items such as taps can be sent via a courier as they are less likely to be damaged, but shower trays need a more specialised distribution method. Whilst you were informed about the delivery I appreciate this was after you ordered. To prevent this happening again we will make this clearer on our website at the point of placing the order.
