“I would like to say how refreshing to be able to phone a company not have to go through an automated service to actually speak to someone straight away! I phoned up about an enquiry and Amy needed to check how long my order would be as it was showing out of stock. Amy called me back promptly to let me know. The service has been fantastic and bathstore.com could learn a lot from this company! I would most certainly recommend them and would use them again. Many thanks”

“Would of been a 5 if I had received what I had ordered. Excellent customer service from the gentlemen that took the order, but the warehouse let the service down by sending the wrong colour. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the items I require. So as you can imagine I am quite disapointed!!”

“Bitterly disappointed! 1st time used this Company and the next day delivery did not happen. Communication very poor. One part of the order arrived on the correct day....STILL waiting for the rest of the order. No communication so not great.”
