Meditation has become easier. In general I think it has helped me feel less stress about my time. My meditation sessions improve each day with practice, but don't yet feel "effortless". My teacher was thorough and patient and I look forward to ever increasing benefits with continued practice

I have been interested but skeptical of the TM practice since I first started meditating about 7 years ago. Have tried a plethora of different meditation practices during that period of time. This last month I finally bit the bullet and tried TM. During my first TM meditation I dove deeper than any meditation to date and am continuing dive deeper and deeper with each meditation. I get excited every time I get to sit down and meditate. A lifetime of depression, anxiety, fear and anger is already lifting. It’s truly remarkable. I’m ecstatic to have incorporated this practice in my life.
