Efficient, effortless meditation but could make someone that experienced trauma a bit worse at first but that being said it is a safe way to revisit these traumatic events and hopefully let go of it.

It was so easy to learn TM and within days of practicing the technique, I noticed that my anxiety disappeared. My instructor was personable and happily answered all of my questions. I’ll be practicing TM from here on out.

I’m meditating twice a day for 20 mins. And I feel like my interactions with people and things have been more mellow and pleasant and also I noticed my heart rates staying lower when I run now. I’m a big runner.

I didn’t know what to expect, but I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Jonathan Goldstein was excellent – very warm, very real, a great advocate and teacher. I like the no nonsense aspect of the space, and I was particularly pleased that I enjoyed the group aspect, when previously I thought of meditiation exclusively as a solo activity. Following my completion of the four-day course, I went to a Sunday group meditation, which I also enjoyed immensely.

Overall, my experience has been very good. My teacher Andrew Wilks has been very thorough, patient and has answered all of my questions. Every day I am learning more about this TM technique, which is not difficult at all. Very simple and effortless- Elsa B

So Grateful to have taken part of this simple, yet powerful practice of tm. I appreciate the daily healing experience, the quiet and deep inner calm i allow myself twice a day. I really appreciate being able to meditate differently than I learned in the past. It is correct that Transcendental Meditation is more freeing. I don’t feel the need to push away anything in order to get there. And I’m pleased to say that it does seem effortless.
