Each person is different. Some have positive experiences right away, and for others it can a bit more time with regular practice. If you are feeling discouraged enough that it's difficult to keep up your regularity, you can schedule a free follow up any time with your TM teacher to discuss your experiences thus far, and "fine tune" your practice if needed :)
