My only regret is not having started years ago. Perhaps decades ago. How many of the things I went through would have been easier on me have a had the training way back? Hard to say. I can only say that I look forward every day for my daily 20 twice a day. I have been so relaxed in the morning due to a great sleep that it is a bit hard to get even more relaxed doing in the morning. Other than that, I am glad I am on my journey to a better me. Never late to start anything. Namaste

as a long time practioner of mindfulness meditation(vipassana), TM has been a great surprise for its anxiety/stress reduction affects. its the working person's meditation-short and effective
