“The room was comfortable and very clean, with ample coffee and tea. TV remote had seen better days. The staff were extremely pleasant and hdd we login - in particular Ellie and Renata.”

“For some reason I was booking 4 rooms before payment when I only wanted 1. I clicked off but the cookies picked ip when I went back on. It was a nightmare process but I eventually sorted”

“Budget hotel, bit tired, but value for money for what it is. Never going to be all singing, all dancing, but generally good locations and majority of staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the postcodes are a bit off, which is annoying, but otherwise good.”

“Hotel is okay generally in terms of the rooms and distance from the centre. However I think the staff can be quite slow, patronising and unhelpful. My bracelet went missing from my room. I left in the bathroom the night before, left in the morning and when I came back in the evening, it was no longer there. I was asked stupid questions like did it drop down the sink, is it under the bed. They didn’t know what to do with the situation so I had to wait till the morning and it was a case of me getting the police involved. Very frustrating experience for a short stay.”
