“Site regularly glitches, prices show differently when booking single or multiple days. i.e choose 2 day booking £231. book days individually £198. Payment page takes too many attemps. search is unreliable. Too many hotels with similar names..i.e central”

“Pleasant hotel, staff friendly, rooms basic, unfortunately my room had a nasty smell in the bathroom but I was only staying 1night so put up with it, no gel in hand dispensers staff were informed of this upon departure, room was clean and beds very comfortable. 10 min walk into town centre and 2 mins to quayside. Would stay again”

“Dirty mirrors, dirty chairs, dirty skirtings, dirty tea tray, with NO paid for chocolate treat and a leaking coffee maker! Dirty kettle and bin, no shower gel in dispenser, leaking dispenser for hand wash cleanser all over the floor, bathroom floor dirty in corners, brown limescale in the loo yuk yuk yuk! The only up side was clean sheets and towels, hence the one star, definitely not worth the £148 I paid, in fact it will be the last time that I choose Travelodge, take a left out of Premierinn and get it cleaned!!!!”

“On checking in, the toilet was soiled dirty and disgusting with the previous occupant. There was only x1 piece of toiled roll to be used by 2 people for 3 days?? We had to use What? Such a shame . The toilet is full of steam since no ventilation. Location was great as close to town.”
