“Great and easy to navigate website”

“The toilets in the lobby were in need of a cleaning. The bar area had dirty cups on various tables and tables were in need of a cleaning, staff hanging around chit chatting instead of looking after the area. Our room was clean and a good size. The friendliness of the staff depended on who you spoke with. Some where friendly and helpful others not so much. Would I stay here again - no.”

“Booking is straightforward. Hotels are usually of an acceptable standard. I would appreciate two chairs in the rooms, not just one. The additional chair could be a folding one if space is a problem”

“Good points:Great location,good price, clean room Bad points: toilet near breakfast area tap top missing so could not wash hands, staff seemed strange, asked where nearest bit of greenery to let dog go for a 1 and 2, they did not know although it was right outside, maybe they did not understand? Breakfast good kids eat free, would stay again!location is a winner!”

“Bed a little too hard for us but we were in the disabled room, so that could have something to do with it. Otherwise our stay was the usual top service from Travel Lodge staff.”
