“Travelodge is a very competitively priced hotel chain, with simple, comfortable rooms equipped with all you need for your stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is tasty and inexpensive. It’s a very decent place to rest your head.”

“The bed was comfortable but the place was really dirty, we had ants crawling all over the table in the room and the cups were dirty as well as the bathroom.”

“I booked 2 rooms for two people for two nights on line. I wanted two rooms at Flexible rate for the 14th and 15th of June. I made a mistake as only one room was Flexible. I phoned this morning to request a change to both rooms at Flexible and pay the difference. Not possible, I was told. You won’t be seeing me again after the 15th.”

“I have stayed at travelodge at Cheshunt for over ten 10 years and it’s the only travelodge in east I will stay at. This is due to the staff and the service they provide, always welcoming and go that extra mile to make sure me and my husband have a pleasant stay. Now that they are doing refurbishments also I am extra excited for my next stay as it looks absolutely stunning”
