“Clean room shower had a bad smell which the staff said they’d look in to but I left before they did but overall helpful pleasant staff”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Super Room wasn’t much different to a normal room. Certainly wasn’t quiet and far too hot...a small fan not enough.”

“Didn't take notice of booking requested DOUBLE ACCESIBLE ROOM AFTER GETTING THERE WENT TO DESIGNATED ROOM WITH NO OPTION TO CHANGE ROOM FULLY BOOKED TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED OVERCHARGED for them not listening to request”

“We had a two day stay en-route to Perranporth. It was a very nice location and staff were friendly . The room quiet but hot and stuffy, there was a fan supplied. We gave up on the TV on day one. Despite retuning the set BBC and ITV channels didn’t appear. We were looking for a beers on site Friday afternoon at around 17:00 strangely the bar was closed.”
