“Even though I paid high price there was no fridge facilities no restaurant breakfast was delivered in box which we cancelled WiFi we cancelled as the pass was not correct 😑 we came from other side off leicester the carpet was sill being fitted we informed the receptionist and the supervisor regarding the window on left hand side like was broken we could hear noise all night even though the supervisor kept agreeing there wasn't wrong and they have some one looking though out night for safety I got up several times during night there was no one, the bathroom required updating, room had several issues bathroom door didn't have to hang your clothes no ironing facilities I have been several different hotels they where very nice and all the facilities where better at same price”
