“Room was very comfortable and clean. Restaurants under going works which is OK. No lift working. Plugs beside bed and bed side light not working. Reception staff not very friendly.”

“We have used travel lodge several times now. Everytime we've booked they has been problems with online booking,I personally think we should be able to book over the phone!. Hexham travelodge is really good as is the friendly staff.”
